Taking on four new firms this quarter

Your name on the file. Ours nowhere on it.

AccountState Global is the back office behind CPA, ACCA and CA practices in five countries. We keep the books, close the month and prepare the working papers under your letterhead, so your clients only ever see your firm.

The arrangement

What white label actually means here

Plenty of firms use the phrase. Very few put it in writing. Here is exactly what your clients see, and what they never see.

Your branding on every deliverable

Trial balances, management packs, working paper files and queries all leave in your template, your fonts and your file naming. We build to your house style once and hold to it.

No contact with your clients

We are not introduced, not copied in and not referenced. Every question comes to your partner or manager in a single consolidated query list, never to the business owner.

One person who knows your files

Your work is handled personally, start to finish, rather than passed around a pooled team. You get consistency in treatment and someone who remembers last quarter without being briefed again.

Inside the work

A close that lands on the day you promised

Every file runs to a calendar agreed before the first month starts. Reconciliations clear early, judgement items get raised while there is still time to act, and the management pack reaches your reviewer on a date you can repeat to your client without checking first.

  • Reconciliations cleared by day two of the close
  • One consolidated query list, never a drip of emails
  • Management pack in your template, on your date
  • Review points answered within 48 hours at no charge

Packages

Our most requested services

Fixed fees for the work practices outsource most, with no per user or per report surcharges.

Introductory Package

Free $350

One live client file, brought up to date and closed to your standard, at no cost and with no commitment.

Send us a file you are behind on. We reconcile it, prepare the working papers and return it in your template, so you can judge the quality against your own review standard before any money changes hands. Most firms use the trial as their onboarding test rather than a sales call.

  • One client file, up to 150 transactions
  • Full bank and card reconciliation
  • Trial balance with supporting schedules
  • Query list in your review format
  • Signed NDA before any access is granted
  • Returned within five working days

Monthly Accounting & Reporting

$480 $650 per file, per month

A complete monthly close for each client on the plan, delivered to a fixed calendar date you can promise to your own clients.

The rate covers a standard file of up to 300 transactions a month across three bank or card accounts. Larger files move to a volume band agreed at onboarding and fixed for twelve months. Four or more files qualify for portfolio pricing, and dormant months are not charged.

  • Daily or weekly bookkeeping and coding
  • Bank, card, loan and intercompany reconciliations
  • Accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and depreciation
  • Accounts payable and receivable ageing
  • Monthly management pack in your branding
  • Sales tax, VAT and GST working papers
  • Year end file ready for your review

Audit Support Package

$1,150 $1,500 per engagement

Audit and assurance preparation carried out to your firm's methodology, so your team spends its hours on judgement rather than assembly.

We prepare, you conclude. Planning, risk assessment, opinion and sign off remain entirely with your firm. Fees are quoted per engagement once we have seen the prior year file and the entity's size, and busy season capacity is reserved in advance.

  • Lead schedules and full working paper file
  • Prepared by client list, drafted and chased
  • Sampling, vouching and test of details support
  • Analytical review with variance commentary
  • Financial statements drafted under IFRS or local GAAP
  • Review points cleared within 48 hours

Adhoc, on the clock

Catch-up work, a cleanup before year end, a migration between systems, or cover while someone is away. Buy hours when you need them, use them across any client file, and receive a time log with every invoice.

$28per hour, billed in 15 minute blocks

Fees shown in US dollars and invoiced in your currency at the prevailing rate. Volume bands and portfolio pricing are confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Where we work

Five jurisdictions, one standard

Frameworks and filing conventions differ. The close calendar and the review standard do not.

Getting started

From first call to first close

Four steps, usually inside two weeks, and you keep the client relationship throughout.

Scoping call

Thirty minutes on your practice, the files you want covered, your review standard and your deadlines. An NDA is signed before anything else.

Trial file

We complete one live file at our cost, in your template, so you can measure the work against what your own team would have produced.

Onboarding

Access is granted through your systems with your permissions. We document your chart of accounts conventions, naming rules and reporting pack.

Monthly rhythm

A fixed close calendar, one consolidated query list per file and a management pack on the date you promised your client.

Confidentiality

Your client data never leaves your control

Outsourcing fails on confidentiality far more often than on competence. The safeguards below are written into the engagement letter, not offered as reassurance.

  • Access on your termsWe work inside your systems using accounts you create and can revoke in a moment. Nothing is copied to local storage and no client data is held after an engagement ends.
  • One point of accountabilityYour files are not distributed across a floor of staff. A single qualified professional handles them, which is both why quality holds and why the exposure stays small.
  • Mutual NDA before accessSigned at the scoping stage, covering your firm, your clients and any sub-processor. Non-solicitation of your clients is included as standard.
  • An audit trail you can inspectEvery entry is posted under a named user in your ledger, so your reviewer can see exactly what was changed, when and by whom.

We stopped hiring for the close. The pack lands on the fifth, in our template, and our managers spend their week on advice instead of reconciliations.

Questions

What practice owners ask first

If your question is not here, write to us and you will get a direct answer rather than a brochure.

The shortest answer

One trial file tells you more than any call will. Send something you are behind on and judge the working papers against your own review standard, at our cost.

Will my clients ever know you exist?

No. We do not contact your clients, appear on deliverables, or hold ourselves out as connected to your firm. All work leaves in your branding and every query comes to your team rather than to the client.

Which countries and frameworks do you work across?

Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and the UAE, under IFRS and the relevant local GAAP. Sales tax, VAT and GST working papers are prepared to the filing requirements of the jurisdiction, for your team to review and file.

Do you work in our software or yours?

Yours, always. QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage, Zoho Books and CaseWare are the systems we use daily, alongside Dext and Karbon for documents and workflow. If your stack is different, we will learn it during onboarding at our cost.

What happens when the work is late or wrong?

The close calendar is agreed in advance and missed dates are credited. Review points raised by your team are cleared within 48 hours at no charge, because rework is our cost to carry, not yours.

How quickly can you take on a new file?

A trial file usually starts within three working days of the scoping call. Ongoing monthly work starts at the next close once access and conventions are documented, which is typically inside two weeks.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Monthly packages run month to month with 30 days notice on either side. Audit engagements are quoted and scheduled individually, and adhoc hours never expire.
